We accept TRICARE for FDA-approved depression treatment per TRICARE rules. Coverage typically requires a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder and documentation of prior treatment failure (e.g., two medication classes). Our intake team can help verify benefits.

Other insurance
Coverage for MeRT®/TMS varies among commercial plans. Contact us and we’ll assist with benefits checks and pre-authorization when possible.

We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, cash, and checks for self-pay patients.

Community discounts
We offer discounted self-pay rates for Active Duty, Retired Military, Veterans, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, and Educators with proof of eligibility.

Scheduling basics

• qEEG is typically scheduled first.

• Initial clinical evaluation: ~30–45 minutes.

• MeRT/TMS sessions: 30–45 minutes per session, typically Monday–Friday during an active treatment block.

• Results and qEEG reports: ~48 hours for the initial qEEG; progress qEEGs scheduled per protocol.
