I took my son to NEUCOA a little over two years ago, he is autistic and was was non-verbal at 7 years old. I was skeptical but my son’s mother wanted us to try it and it was worth the cost if it gave us a chance to give our son a better quality of life. David and Marty were amazing with my Galileo, very understanding and very willing to work with us. I was blown away with the results, he started making new sounds and saying words after just a few treatments and continued to progress through treatment. Two years later he is still make great strides, my once non-verbal son can speak in full sentences now. Galileo still has his meltdowns and difficulties but his quality of life and our family's quality of life has increased and benefited in an unmeasurable magnitude. The Coastal Authority Care Foundation and the crew at NEUCOA have set me on the path to getting my life back.
After 22 years of service my baseline was reset so many times that I didn’t have a clue what I was supposed to feel like. Upon leaving the military everything caught up with me and I didn’t recognize the man I had become. The anger, depression, constant pain, and other symptoms that were so “normal” started to affect every aspect of my life. Neurotherapy had an almost immediate impact and I am continuing to see results on my ability to thrive at work, and most importantly-be the husband and father my family deserves.

Galileo continues to make great progress. He was non-verbal before MeRT, he is now at 50+ words and many many sounds, he attempts to learn new words and sounds every day and practices by himself without any prompts.

NEUCOA was suggested to me after I suffered a TBI that I could not recover from. My experience with the NEUCOA team has been extremely positive. Not only have they helped me recover from my concussion, I am fully functional while completely off my depression and anxiety meds for the first time in my adult life.
